Service Description
Explore the physical sensations & emotional responses of an intentionally activated, deactivated and released autonomic nervous system within our body. By intentionally activating this system we will be able to explore the response of the body, mind and heart to situations of stress (triggers). All exercises of grounding yin yoga, guided breathwork, intuitive journaling & gentle reflection and done so through a trauma consious basis -nothing is required of you , every offering is invitational & nothing presented is oligational.
